Individual Tutoring
With information gathered during the enrollment session, we devise a tutoring plan that compliments your child's personality and learning style. Activities and lessons are developed with
his/her personal interests in mind. This technique results in tutorial sessions that are motivational and engaging. Monthly progress reports provide parents with feedback as to observed learning patterns, academic performance and instructor recommendations.
Group Classes
Research shows that the human brain is a social organ that constantly seeks meaning. Therefore, we capitalize on the social aspect of our group programs to create a motivational and non-threatening environment. As a result, students are able to experience hands-on learning in a personally meaningful way. This approach is highly effective for students who struggle, as well as those who excel. The ultimate goal is for all to develop and nurture a love for learning.
Workshops
The Learn Well approach is grounded in brain compatible learning and wellness principles. Professional development workshops with regard to this approach are currently being scheduled for the 2008/2009 school year.
Workshop organizers choose from the following principles to customize a seminar that meets the needs of their students and staff.
